· Timely execution of questions received during the session (Budget/Monsoon/Winter/Special) of Bihar Legislature,
· Execution of Starred/Unstarred/Short Notice questions related to Bihar Legislative Assembly,
· Execution of Starred/Unstarred/Short Notice questions related to Bihar Legislative Council,
· Bihar Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council 1. Zero Hour Committee, 2. Attention Committee, 3. Request Committee, 4. Petition Committee, 5. Assurance Committee, 6. Violation of Privileges Committee, 7. Women and Child Development Committee and 8. Scheduled Work related to caste/tribe committee.
Personnel and Welfare Division is headed by the Director General of Police, who is assisted by the Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters) Additional Director General of Police (Budget, Appeal and Welfare), Inspector General of Police (Headquarters), and Deputy Inspector General of Police (Personnel) and Assistant Inspector General (Welfare).
