Through this system, integrated emergency services including Police, Fire, Ambulance, and other services can be availed instantly. In case of emergency, the said services can be obtained through the following ways:-

2. In addition to this, the emergency services can be availed through the web portal (https://br.erss.in), E-mail (dial112@bihar.gov.in) & SMS to112 also.

Key features of the ERSS System :

1. Unified and integrated Emergency number (112).

2. Round-the-clock (24x7) availability of emergency support systems across the state.

3. Record keeping of all the processes and allied activities so as to fix the responsibility and accountability of the concerned Personnel.

4. Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) are being followed to ensure a better service experience, which starts from accepting the emergency call and goes up till disseminating of the service. Final feedback from the citizen is also taken before case closure.
